Walk and talk therapy
Responding to growing demand, 'walk and talk' therapy is very popular with individuals who seek to enjoy the endorphin release of gentle exercise, those who wish to give themselves space from the home or work environment and clients who may experience anxiety or ADHD/Autism or feel more comfortable in outdoor spaces.
Online counselling
No one lifestyle is the same and so we are very happy to offer online sessions. Often life is full of commitments, and commutes and so individuals often seek to have sessions in a space which is most suited to them.
The therapeutic process can sometimes be deep and intensive, we are aware that people may feel safer and disposed to undertake the work together entirely online or indeed a mix of in person and online!
